BREAKAGES & DAMAGED ITEMS If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and send email at martinfischer@cypherpunknow.com. A replacement will be dispatched after We have received the damaged item. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item. For faulty items please return the goods to us within 14 days with receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. In some cases the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case you will be refunded.
LOST ITEMS If your item does not arrive within 5 days of dispatch for Czech Republic and 10 days for rest of the world, please contact us. we cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
RETURNS Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform me in writing by email or letter within 14 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged and ensure the same tube is used to return the item. You will be given the option of an exchange or I will refund your payment minus postage. I aim to reimburse you within 14 working days.
